Wellness packages are generally inclusive of sauna use.

(Hotel guests receive 50% discount) = 8 €
You will receive towels and fresh water in the sauna area.
Our sauna is open daily from 3pm with an appointment.
Beauty and massage treatments can be booked at any time. We ask for an advance reservation.

Cancellation Terms
Cancellation Period no.1: (outside the peak season)
All cancellations up to the 3rd day before the agreed arrival date - free of charge.
All cancellations up to the 1st day before the agreed arrival date - 60% from the service price (accommodation & arrangement).
For later cancellations or no show, we charge 80% from the service price (accommodation & arrangement).
Cancellation period no.2: (Peak Season = July + August)
All cancellations up to the 7th day before the agreed arrival date - free of charge.
All cancellations up to the 3rd day before the agreed arrival date - 60% from the service price (accommodation & arrangement).
For later cancellations or no show we charge 80% from the service price (accommodation & arrangement).
Cancellation deadline No.3: (Holidays, Christmas and New Year's Eve)
All cancellations up to the 14th day before the agreed arrival date - free of charge.
All cancellation up to the 7th day before the agreed arrival date - 60% from the service price (accommodation & arrangement).
In the event of cancellation up to the 3rd day before the agreed arrival date - 80% from the service price (accommodation & arrangement).
For later cancellations and/or no show, we charge 90% from the service price (accommodation & arrangement).
Interruption of Travel: - 100% of the service price (accommodation & arrangement).
The rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure (check-out) so that the rooms may be cleaned for the arriving guests. For late check outs, please refer to our hotel receptionist for assistance. If the late check-out is not granted, the hotel has the right to assign booked rooms to other parties after 6:00 p.m., without the customer being able to derive any claim from this.
